1. A basic rule for determining sheet size is to allow a minimum 1/2 inch around on each side of the image, including the glue tabs. Glue tabs are 3/4 inch.
2. When laying out position on press sheet, we require minimum of 1/2 inch gripper.
3. Gripping on the head is preferred.
4. Always supply a sample, blueline or mockup.
5. We advise knocking out all ink, varnish and UV coating on surfaces to be glued.
6. Does the folder have business card slits? Indicate position, style and quantity.
7. For custom, non-standard pocket folders, artwork needs to be supplied. Die line film positives or electronic files are preferred.
8. Electronic files need to be Adobe Illustrator v10 PC compatible or .eps.
